The technologies are reasonably commonplace, such as the LoRaWAN, and the AI part is close to being standard. From recollection, there is a similar system in the UK.

Hot honey

Much as I like spicy (though not necessarily hot) food, I'm not convinced that adding Scotch Bonnet peppers to borage honey is a great idea. But then again, if people like it and buy it, so much the better, I guess.
