Michelin-starred restaurant adds beekeeping project to its menu

 

British beekeeper collective Black Bee Honey has partnered with Michelin and Green star restaurant Osip and its chef Merlin Labron-Johnson, to set up beehives at the restaurant’s new farm location in Bruton, Somerset.
